Description
Commemorating the Norwegians who founded a church to St Clement (who became Dundee’s first patron saint) in the 11th century. This part of City Square originally housed the City Collectors, Parks & Cemeteries and City Assessors departments. See also galleon-style ships on the opposite side of City Square.
