Description
Inside the entrance to Arthurstone Library. Designed by Thomson and made by sculptors T & E Nicholls of London. Carnegie funded the building of this and other libraries. In 1902 Helen Halyburton Symers gifted £1500 to enable the purchase of the land on which the library was built.
