Bus Hopping mural

Commissioned by Scrap Antics with support of the Wellgate Centre and funding from Articulate. Pamie Bennett worked with local young people, Scrap Antics staff and artists Diamages and C Gul to create the mural.

Info from Pamie: "The theme is eco travel, bikes, electric cars and free bus travel for under 21’s. It is allowing them freedom and flexibility after a long period of isolation due to Covid and it’s giving them confidence to get out and about to explore again. They have designed their own characters that will be all through the mural on bikes and buses and skateboards in all their weird and wonderful shapes and colours with typical Scottish changeable weather".
