Description
On wall, floor and doors outside the City Chambers. Also a coloured coat of arms above the entrance to Caird Hall. Although City Square opened in Nov 1933, the existing city architect’s plans are dated 1934. They show the position of the carvings but no specific designs. However photos of the opening show these carvings in place.
