Dundee Training College carvings (wreaths and Dundee and St Andrews coats of arms)

The Training College (later Dundee College of Education) was run by the St Andrews Provincial Committee involving Dundee and St Andrews town councils. The wreaths were added to mark the end of the Great War, the partially completed building having been used as a Red Cross hospital. Now the Scrymgeour Building, University of Dundee.
