Description
Outside Victoria Road entrance to Dundee Central Library. Dundee Public Art Programme. Design based on film strip, linking to the use of the Steps Theatre as a cinema. Accompanying wall piece removed, presumably when cinema in Steps Theatre closed. Made by local blacksmith Graham Martin and painted by David F Wilson. Cost £6000.
