Info from Love Lochee chair Heather Henry: "The Windows on Lochee were suggested by one of our Empowerment Workers. We invited local artists to depict their idea of a window in Lochee looking in or out. There is a multi and a starburst behind it; then a Polish family making dumplings; The Mills Observatory and the stars in pink and blue; another Lochee multi with the Law and tiny wee seagull flying by; a sketch of the Old Mill; a colourful depiction of the gated mill wall with plants and flowers; a view from inside a multi with spider plants and bunting”
